  • Remove the salmon from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the used marinade.
  • Lightly oil the grill grates or brush the salmon with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill. Close the lid and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  • Once perfectly grilled, carefully remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. This helps the juices settle and enhances the flavor.
