We want you to love our charcoal! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days, we can’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $00. You’ll need to cover return shipping unless the product is defective.

To start a return, Contact Us with your order number and return details. We’ll respond within 24 hours with instructions.

 

REFUNDS

Returned items must be in original condition. After we inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS, DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your item is defective or damaged, please Contact Us with your order number and share a brief description of your case, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

For missing or lost packages, Contact Us with your order number, and we’ll provide a replacement or help track your order.

If you received a damaged package, please email us at Help@FireForgeCooking.com including your order number, images and the shipping label, and we will resolve the issue.
