If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered.

Returns:

  • You may return items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be in their original condition.

  • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

  • To start a return, please Contact Us with your order number and return details. We’ll respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item arrived defective or damaged, contact us immediately with your order number and a short description of the issue.

  • For damaged packages, email Help@FireForgeCooking.com with your order number, images of the item, and the shipping label. We’ll take care of it.
