Items must be in their original condition.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
To start a return, please Contact Us with your order number and return details. We’ll respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item arrived defective or damaged, contact us immediately with your order number and a short description of the issue.
For damaged packages, email Help@FireForgeCooking.com with your order number, images of the item, and the shipping label. We’ll take care of it.
